Mango Smoothie with Orange
- 2 Manila Mangoes
- 1 Cup of Natural Yoguth
- ½ cup juice from orange
Procedure:
- Wash the fruit well.
- Remove the skin and bone handles.
- Blend the mango with the juice of orange and yogurt.
