Grapefruit and Strawberry Smoothie for Circulation Problems
* 1 large grapefruit
Strawberries * ¾ Rate
* 1 C. Honey
* Ice to taste
Procedure:
1 .- Wash the fruit well.
2 .- Part of grapefruit juice and extracts.
3 .- grapefruit juice Blend with strawberries and honey.
4 .- You can add some ice if you wish.

Grape Juice has an effect similar to grape wine in preventing heart disease
The grape juice have the same protective effect against heart disease as red wine, French scientists reported on Wednesday.

Grapefruit Juice, Celery, Parsley and Chayote for Sore legs (poor circulation)
Ingredients:
* 2 Grapefruit
* 2 celery stalks
* 2 sprigs parsley
* ½ Chayote
Ready Mode:
1 .- Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
2 .- Slice grapefruit in half and get its juice.
3 .- In your juicer spend half of squash and two stalks of celery.
4 .- Blend well grapefruit juice, the chayote with celery and add the parsley.
