Flaxseed tea for urinary tract Problems
Water * 1 Lt.
* 30 Gr Flaxseed
Method of Preparing Tea:
1 .- In a pot put a liter of water and 30 gr. Flaxseed.
2 .- Let simmer for a period of 25 minutes.

Hot Drink - Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
1/8 l / 1/2 cup coffee
2 tsp sugar
4 cl / 1 1/3 oz whisky
100 g / 3 1/3 oz whipping cream
Serves 1 - 452 cal per serving
Prep-time: 10 min. - Total-time: 10 min. There are special heat proof glasses and mugs to serve Irish Coffee. First of all brew a strong coffee. Put sugar in an Irish Coffee mug.

Hot Drink - Hot Cocoa
Preparing hot cocoa with unsweetened, deoiled dark cocoa powder means you can sweeten the drink to your taste. Besides this kind of cocoa powder has more flavors than the sweetened one.
