Orange juice, it’s best for kidney stones
An independent study has reflected that orange juice beats lemonade and other citrus juices in preventing kidney stones.
It has long been known that citrate Potassium (contained in citrus juice), slows the formation of kidney stones in people with a history of the disease. But in this study, conducted by a team from the University of Texas, has found that juices are other components that can help prevent stones.
The study found that orange juice increased levels of citrate in the urine and reduces the crystallization of calcium oxalate and uric acid, the most common components of kidney stones.

I guess many are not fooled code ‘fresh orange juice’ because we know that oranges come from different parts of the world, due to the different seasons.
