Eat the watermelon to prevent cramps
The pain and muscle cramps may be more frequent in summer, when it is hot and our body loses many more minerals. For this reason it would be good practice for the whole summer, eat 1-2 slices of watermelon meals every day, it restores the lost minerals cn sweating.

Watermelon juice best ever summer drink
My first summer in Taiwan, I saw fresh watermelon, all dirt cheap as being auszupressen. Could not represent, as it .. would work, or taste! I finally they affable him, and bought a bowl. PURE EKSTASE!! How watermelon concentrate! Incredible! Here’s the way I do it now: I buy a stick of watermelon (6th floor apartment, no garden, they can not grow), in the refrigerator for 24 hours or so, wish him cold and the ice does not drink refrigerate or add after I made it, because it just does not taste as good).
