Celery and Apple Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 celery
- 2 apples
- 2 walnuts
- 150 g cheese
- Pepper
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:
Scrape and wash the celery, then should be cut into sticks, peel apples, cut in half, remove the heart, and chop into cubes watering with lime juice, chop nuts and cut into 8 blocks the cheese. Put everything in a before serving bowl and garnish with remaining walnuts, remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix everything.
