Champagne
Ingredients: - 1 bottle champagne
- 1 / 2 kg raspberries
- 3 Tablespoons cognac
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar flower
Preparation:
Puree the raspberries, add the sugar flower and three tablespoons of brandy. Champagne For each cup you place two tablespoons of this mixture and is complete with champagne, well chilled.
