Gelatin Recipe Melon and Watermelon
This recipe for melon and watermelon jelly, is a very simple recipe to prepare it also adds a few hours to its preparation, we recommend preparing the jelly the day before and not unmolding up before serving. Gelatin has always been one of the lightest sweet and fun to prepare as much relish and, in this case, it is also a gel with a refreshing and very summery flavor. The perfect summer dessert!
Ingredients:
Melon: 1 medium
Watermelon: 1 / 2 kilo
Gelatin sheets: 4 leaves
Sugar: 1 i 1 / 2

Water: 1 cup
Preparation:
They put the gelatine leaves in a bowl and cover with water. They are left to soak for a while
Moreover, sugar is poured into a glass of water and placed in the microwave until a light syrup
Gelatin drained and mixed with the hot syrup until gelatin is completely dissolved
In part, some watermelon, its pulp is chopped and shredded

Mix the melon with gelatin, strained and poured into individual molds
