Lamb with Lemon
Ingredients: - 1.4 kg. of Lamb, Leg dehuesada
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 100 gr. of Bacon
- 100 cc. white win
- 300 cc. beef broth
- 25 gr. of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Pepper
- Sal
Preparation:
In a pot with a little oil, fry the lamb and reserve. In the same oil fry the onion, garlic and bacon. When ready, add the lamb and give it a few laps to take taste. Add wine, nutmeg, beef broth, the pepper and parsley, cook
over medium heat until lamb is tender. Add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese, give it a boil.
