Lamb with Lemon

Ingredients:
  • 1.4 kg. of Lamb, Leg dehuesada
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 100 gr. of Bacon
  • 100 cc. white win
  • 300 cc. beef broth
  • 25 gr. of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Pepper
  • Sal


Preparation:
In a pot with a little oil, fry the lamb and reserve. In the same oil fry the onion, garlic and bacon. When ready, add the lamb and give it a few laps to take taste. Add wine, nutmeg, beef broth, the pepper and parsley, cook

over medium heat until lamb is tender. Add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese, give it a boil.
