Peach wine

Ingredients for 4 people:
50 sheets of fish
1 liter of rose wine
1 glass of brandy
250 g powdered sugar.
Preparation:
In a bowl, put all the ingredients, close with a plastic film or a tight lid, allow to marinate one week.
After a week of soaking, filter and bottle.
Tips:
Serve chilled as an aperitif.
