St Jacques scallops sautéed
● Preparation: 15 minutes ● Cooking: 5 minutes ● Difficulty: Easy ● Cost: Moderate
Ingredients for 4 people:
12 St Jacques nuts
30g butter
1 cs parsley
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Preparation:
Detach the meat and coral nuts. Wash and wipe.
Fry them in butter sparkling 3 to 4 minutes depending on size.
Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with lemon quarters.
