Stuffed Eggplant
Ingredients:
- Eggplant
- Peas
- Onion
- Tomato
- Mushrooms
- Sausage
- Cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation:
Cut the eggplants in half and remove the meat. Oil in a sauté pan with onions, mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, gradually add all the fried eggplant and finally, after a while peas and sausage into small pieces. With all that fill the eggplants and put the oven 200 degrees, 20 minutes, remove them before adding the cheese on top so it melts.
