Tomato salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 little bundle of cilantro
  • 1 little bundle of parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch mustard
  • Ground black pepper
  • Half cup olive oil
  • Sal


Preparation:
Cut garlic in half, scrape the walls of a bowl with garlic halves. Wash and cut tomatoes into cubes and stir in the salad bowl, season and sprinkle with chopped parsley and cilantro. Toss in a bowl the mustard, vinegar and oil, once mixed and pour over tomatoes. Stir well and serve immediately.
