Yogurt ice cream to kiwi and mango
Find weight of shape and flat stomach to be at top for holidays. Organize your food on the following model, eating everything, depending on your appetite. The following menu is hearty and balanced in this sense.
Ingredients for 4 people
Juice of passion fruit: 1 small box
Stirred yoghurt: 4
Vanilla: 1 clove
Grand Marnier: 2 tablespoons
Kiwifruit: 4
Mango: 1
The preparation
Pour the juice of passion fruit in a saucepan. Let reduce by about half. Let cool.
Mix together the yoghurt, seeds from the vanilla pod, the fruit juice reduced and Grand Marnier until the preparation

Mix together the yoghurt, seeds from the vanilla pod, the fruit juice reduced and Grand Marnier until the preparationis homogeneous.
Pour it in a bowl. Put it in the freezer.
Peel kiwis and mangoes. Cut two kiwis in rounds, keep them. Cut the other into small dice. Also cut the mango flesh into cubes. Add them in the bowl of iced yoghurt.
Put in freezer until ready to serve.
Divide yogurt ice in cups. Arrange kiwi slices over. Reserve in refrigerator until ready to serve.
